IDCS Track & Field Spring 2020

The Track & Field Program will run from March 23, 2020 through May 28, 2020.

Additionally there will be a mandatory meeting prior to the start of the season on

MARCH 19, 2020 @ 5:00 P.M. at IDCS.

A parent/guardian must attend this meeting in order for students to participate in the

Track & Field program.

Please submit this form and send payment ($120.00) by March 19, 2020

There is limited space for all programs. Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Form AND payment ($120.00) must be received in order to reserve your child's spot in the program.

Uniforms are available to borrow at no cost or purchase for $30.00.

Sports Forms (Permission to Play and Sports Physical Form) are REQUIRED prior to participation.

If you have already completed the above forms for Cross Country or Basketball in the 2019/2020 school you, you do not need to redo the forms.

Track & Field practices run Monday through Thursday directly after school until 5:00 p.m. at Fontaine Track across from Kelly Middle School. Transportation will be provided to Fontaine Track, parents/guardians will need to pick up at Fontaine Track promptly at 5:00 p.m.

Practice will not be held on days when school is closed, half days, holidays or snow days.
Students must be picked up promptly at 5:00 PM. Failure to pick up the child at 5:00 PM will result in additional charges of $4.00 every 15 minutes after 5:00 PM . Students who are discipline problems or picked up late 2 times will be asked to give up their spot and registration fees will not be refunded.

Behavior During Track & Field: Students are expected to be able to stay with their coach for the whole time. If there any discipline problems off site, your child may be disqualified from the team with no registration refund.

Scholarships will be awarded based on financial need to students who have not previously received a scholarship during the current school year. Scholarships can only be used for one sport choice. If you wish to apply for a scholarship please see Mrs.Monique Kercado.
