IDCS After School Program Winter Session #2 2022

The After School Winter Session will run from January 3, 2022 through March 18, 2022

There is limited space for all clubs. Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Form AND payment must be received in order to reserve your child's spot in the club. Mrs. Monique will email you to let you know if the club is full.
All After School clubs run from 3:15 to 4:15 PM.
Registration will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Payment must be received in order to reserve a spot in a club. A minimum enrollment of 8 students per club must be maintained otherwise the club will be cancelled. Club size is limited to 11 students unless otherwise noted.
Program will not be held on days when school is closed, half days, holidays or snow days.
Students must be picked up promptly at 4:15 PM. Failure to pick up the child at 4:15 PM will result in additional charges of $4.00 every 15 minutes after 4:15 PM . Students who are discipline problems or picked up late 2 times will be asked to give up their spot in the club and registration fees will not be refunded.

Behavior During After school: Students are expected to be able to stay with their club leader for the whole time. If a student is unable to stay in their club the club leader will ask that they be sent to the front office to sit with the After School Coordinator. If this happens more then two times we may ask that your child give up their spot in the club.

Scholarships will be awarded based on financial need to students who have not previously received a scholarship during the current school year. Scholarships can only be used for one club choice. If you wish to apply for a scholarship please see Mrs.Monique Kercado.

Homework club is $7.50 per day. Payment can be paid the day of homework club. They can come and use the computers and have help from teachers. They will need to bring their materials on the day that you come and you must be doing homework. If they want to come every Monday, Tuesday ,Wednesday, Thursday, Friday please note below.

Gymnastics With Thames Valley (Gr.PK - 1 ) ~ $67.50 per child for Winter Session. Join us for some gymnastics fun with Coach Shea as she introduces children to basic gymnastics skills! Tumbling, swinging and balancing comes complete with a fun, safe and healthy atmosphere for children to grow and learn! Be prepared for your child's world to be flipped upside down! ~Led By Coach Shea

Cheer Team (Gr.PK-8) ~ $67.50 per child for Winter session ~ If you would like to come on both days Mondays & Tuesdays the fee will be $100. ~ Students will come together to work on cheers, chants, stunts, leadership skills, and community. ~ Led By Shante Talley.

Kids In The Kitchen (Gr.K-8) ~ $75.00 per child for Winter Session ~ Students will have fun learning how to make quick and easy after school snacks. ~ Led By Isabella Phillips.

Cheer Team (Gr. PK -8 ) ~ $75.00 per child for Winter Session. If you would like to come on both days Mondays & Tuesdays the fee will be $100. ~ Students will come together to work on cheers, chants, stunts, leadership skills, and community. ~ Led By Shante Talley.

Gymnastics With Thames Valley (Gr.2-4) ~ $75.00 per child for Winter Session ~ Join us for some gymnastics fun with Coach Joe as he teaches children gymnastics skills! Coloring (Gr.2-8) - $67.50 per child for Winter Session- Have Fun with coloring a 3D cardboard playhouse. We will be able to unleash our creativity to customize our design. Led By- Diane Holtzworth

Dungeons And Dragons (Gr.3-8) $60.00 per child for Winter Session. Students will learn how to play Dungeons and Dragons. This club is purely fun. We will learn together the rules of the game and to branch out to play with others. ~ Led By Katie Malon.

Soccer (Gr.4-8) ~$60.00 per child for Winter Session. Students will have the opportunity to participate in skills, drills. Stay fit, and have fun while learning the game. ~ Led by Coach Amy.
