After School Clubs

After School Clubs

IDCS After School Clubs offer students the opportunity to explore interests, build skills, and connect with peers in a structured and supportive environment. Clubs are offered in seasonal sessions throughout the school year and vary based on student interest and availability.

  • After School Clubs are offered during fall, winter, and spring sessions.

Clubs typically meet after school on full school days and run for one hour. Session dates, available clubs, and meeting schedules are published prior to each session and shared with families via ParentSquare.

Clubs are not held on half days, holidays, snow days, or days when school is closed.

    • Enrollment is limited and available on a first come, first served basis
    • A completed registration form and payment are required to reserve a spot
    • Payment must be made online through ProCare
    • Cash and checks are not accepted

Each club must meet a minimum enrollment requirement to run. If a club does not meet the minimum enrollment, it will be canceled and families will be notified.

Scholarships may be available based on financial need (one club per school year).

  • Students must be picked up promptly at the scheduled end time. Late pick-up may result in additional charges. Repeated late pick-ups may result in removal from the program without refund.

  • Students are expected to:

    • Remain with their club leader for the entire session
    • Follow all club rules and staff directions
    • Demonstrate respectful and appropriate behavior

If a student is unable to remain with their club leader, they may be sent to the front office to sit with the After School Coordinator. Repeated incidents may result in removal from the club without refund.

  • Session details, club offerings, registration deadlines, and updates are communicated via ParentSquare.
