IDCS is exploring the opportunity to offer a Summer Research Camp to support students entering Grades K-8 with their summer research projects.
The camp is planned for the week of July 27 (Monday-Thursday) and would be designed to help students get organized, build their projects, and feel confident heading into the school year.
Program Details (Tentative):- Small group support (up to ~20 students per session)
- Hands-on help with research, planning, and presentation boards (boards and snacks provided)
- Morning session (approx. 8:00–11:30 AM)
- Afternoon session (approx. 12:00–3:30 PM), if there is enough interest
- Students may attend camp before/after their regular summer camp programs
- Estimated cost: approximately $100 per student
