ABOUT
IDCS After School Clubs run Monday through Thursday from 3:15 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. on
most regularly scheduled full days of school. See the
After School Club/Childcare Calendar for days of operation. Clubs will not be held on days when school is closed, half days, holidays or snow days. Clubs may also be canceled due to inclement weather.
REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
Most clubs have a minimum enrollment of 8 students and a maximum enrollment of 10 students unless otherwise noted. Enrollment into a club is on a first come, first served basis. Space will only be reserved once your payment has been received. If your club of choice is filled, you may be offered another option if one is available. Clubs enrolling less than 8 students will be cancelled.
All After School Club Payments should be sent in an envelope clearly marked with your child's name and "After School Clubs" and placed in the payment box near the main entrance. Checks should be made payable to IDCS. Scholarships are available based on financial need to students who have not previously received a scholarship during the current school year. Scholarships can only be used for one club choice. If you wish to apply for a scholarship, please contact Monique Kercado.
LATE PICK UP
Failure to pick up at 4:15 p.m. will result in additional charges of $4.00 every 15 minutes after 4:15 p.m. Students who are discipline problems or picked up late two or more times will be asked to give up their spot in the club - registration fees will not be refunded.
HOMEWORK CLUB
Available on all after school program days of operation on an as need or scheduled basis. Please contact Monique Kercado directly to sign your child up for homework club on as an needed basis or sign up for a full session above to set up a regularly schedule for homework club attendance. Payments can be sent in advance or daily.
BEHAVIOR
Students are expected to be able to stay with their club leader for the whole time. If a student is unable to stay in their club, the club leader will ask that they be sent to the front office to sit with the After School Coordinator. If this happens more than twice, we may ask that your child give up their spot in the club.
