Hopefully your child has already let you know this, but in case they haven't, Jessica St George from NFA came in on Friday to go over the registration process. Each student was given a booklet, a registration form, a flyer about an information session for parents, and a sheet going over the process of how to fill out the registration paper.
Highlights:
- Please check the front of the paper to ensure all information is correct. If any changes are needed, simply cross them out and write in the correct information.
- On the front is also the place where they listed their top 3 high school choices. If NFA is number 1, they did not need to write anything else.
- At the bottom of the page is also the spot for you to sign. I cannot accept the form without your signature.
- On the back, students should have already listed a foreign language as their number one choice with an 'A' listed next to their next foreign language choice.
- They are to choose their next 4 choices in order. They can choose from any category and will list them as 2 - 5.
- NFA is doing PE differently this year, so they do NOT need to fill in the PE section at all unless they are opting for an extra PE class. (They made choices up the top of the paper for their PE class.)
- My very strong recommendation is that every one fills out this form even if your child has already been accepted to their top choice high school. Things can change in the next 8 months. If things do not change, NFA will do nothing with this form, but if they do, you simply need to call them and they will put your child into the classes they chose.
Dates:
- January 28 from 6:00 - 7:30 NFA is holding an information session. Register at
- Registration forms are due back to school on January 30 (or any time before that).
Please email with any questions.
If you are choosing not to fill out the form, please email Mary Osten to let her know.
