UCFS Healthcare SBHC staff will be on site at IDCS on Tuesday, August 19th from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for back to school physical. Please call the school based health center at 860-822-2803 to schedule your child's physical!

IDCS is currently hiring an integrated grade 2/3 teacher for the 2025-26 school year.

The Connecticut Department of Health is requesting residents and youth age 11-21 complete a short survey to help plan activities to improve the health and well-being of Connecticut residents.

The annual IDCS Pre-Kindergarten Lottery will take place virtually via Zoom on Wednesday, April 2nd at 4:30 p.m. This is a public meeting and all are invited to join.

There will be no school on Thursday, February 6, 2025 due to inclement weather

This annual scholarship deadline has been extended by one week and is now due on May 23rd. IDCS 8th grade students are encouraged to apply for a chance to with this $250 scholarship to use towards "Expanding Your Horizons".

Orders are due May 21, 2025!

Paper and online orders are due May 7th. A limited amount of flowers will also be available for purchase by students on Friday, May 9th.
