There is limited space for all clubs. Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Form AND payment must be received in order to reserve your child's spot in the club. Students will only be allowed to sign up for a club on their Cohort days only! Unfortunately the After School Program will not be offering any clubs to any full-time remote students. Mrs. Monique will email you to let you know if the club is full.
All After School clubs run from 3:15 to 4:15 PM.
Registration will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Payment must be received in order to reserve a spot in a club. A minimum enrollment of 8 students per club must be maintained otherwise the club will be cancelled. Club size is limited to 11 students unless otherwise noted.
Program will not be held on days when school is closed, half days, holidays or snow days.
Students must be picked up promptly at 4:15 PM. Failure to pick up the child at 4:15 PM will result in additional charges of $4.00 every 15 minutes after 4:15 PM . Students who are discipline problems or picked up late 2 times will be asked to give up their spot in the club and registration fees will not be refunded.
Behavior During After school: Students are expected to be able to stay with their club leader for the whole time. If a student is unable to stay in their club the club leader will ask that they be sent to the front office to sit with the After School Coordinator. If this happens more then two times we may ask that your child give up their spot in the club.
Scholarships will be awarded based on financial need to students who have not previously received a scholarship during the current school year. Scholarships can only be used for one club choice. If you wish to apply for a scholarship please see Mrs.Monique Kercado.
