Reports to: Director & Assistant Director
Position Expectations:
Provide appropriate instruction/learning in a multi-age classroom.
Individualize instruction in an integrative, student-centered manner to meet the needs of the students as well as honor various learning styles.
Use data to make instructional decisions.
Involve students in the research process as set forth by the IDC
Foster social responsibility among students based on Responsive Classroom philosophy.
Maintain family – school communication and family involvement on an ongoing basis.
Collaborate with colleagues to improve learning for all students.

Requirements
Qualifications: Masters
Must possess or be eligible for one of the following CT SDE Certifications
(001, 002, 005) CT Elementary Certification
