Dear IDCS Families,
Due to a significant number of staff and student illnesses, including confirmed cases of norovirus and Influenza A, we will be canceling school tomorrow. At this time, approximately one quarter of our students have been absent, with additional students going home as the day has progressed.
Given that tomorrow was already scheduled as a four-hour day, this closure will allow us the necessary time to thoroughly disinfect the building and help prevent further spread of illness within our community. The health and safety of our students, families, and staff is always our top priority.
We appreciate your understanding and partnership. Please take care and prioritize rest and wellness at home.
