The IDCS Summer Camp will run from June 27, 2022 through August 5, 2022 daily 8:00am to 4:00pm.

There is limited space for all spots. Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Form AND payment must be received in order to reserve your child's spot in the Summer Program. IDCS Summer Camp will consist of 6 one- week sessions beginning Monday, June 27, 2022 and ending Friday, August 5, 2022, daily from 8:00AM to 4:00PM Sharp! We will also have a Before Care & After Care option this year.Before Care will start at 7am-8am, Aftercare will start 4pm-5pm.The fee for this program will be $7.50 per hour per student.If you would like to come for one day at a time, the fee is $35 per day. The IDCS Summer Camp is designed for students in Prek to 5th grade. The camp will be primarily held in the IDCS gym, playground, cafeteria, and field.If you have any questions , please contact Mrs. Monique at [email protected].
There will be a theme with activities for each week. The first part of our day will be spent working on journaling, handwriting, research help, and reading books that tie into our weekly themes as well as math skills. Additionally, we will spend our days playing outside on the playground, watching movies, making crafts, playing games, using the water sprinkler, usings Ipads, and don't forget about Fun Fridays! Every Friday we will do a fun activity that will tie into our theme for the week.See schedule below. Just having good old fashion summer fun !
CDC Expectations: The Summer Camp will follow the CDC guidelines for Youth Programs and Camps During the COVID-19 Pandemic. These include a) procedures to check for signs and symptoms in children upon arrival; b) healthy hygiene practices; students and adults will be washing their hands at least every 2 hours; c) wearing a face covering as feasible and/or necessary: d) cleaning areas, equipment, and supplies throughout the day and disinfecting at the end of the day and during the day as appropriate: e) social distancing will be encourage and monitored through increased spacing, small groups, and limited mixing between groups: staggered arrival and dismissal due to parent schedules; f) where feasible, limited sharing of times such as toys, belongings, supplies, and equipment; and g) all staff trained on health and safety protocols.
Payments: Registration will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Payment must be received to reserve a spot in Summer Camp. A minimum enrollment of 15 students must be maintained otherwise the Summer Camp will not be held. Students must be signed up for a minimum of 1 week at a cost of $130/week
Payments in full for 6 weeks = $780 when paid by 6/3/22. To save your spot please send in payment the same week as you sign up online. Spots are limited!! Refunds will only be issued in the form of credit towards another IDCS program such as after school clubs, extended day, half day program, etc.
**** Students whose behaviors are inappropriate;students picked up late 2 times will be asked to give up their spot in the Summer Program. Registration fees will not be refunded.
